Harry Dominic Chiti (born December 10 1958, in Independence, Missouri) is the former coach of the bullpen for the Baltimore Orioles and the Texas Rangers. He was a left-handed baseball player from the minor leagues. The father is former Major League catcher Harry Chiti.
Chiti was also an assistant special for Atlanta Braves GM Frank Wren but on the 8th of November 2013 he was sworn in as Bullpen coach to the Baltimore Orioles replacing interim coach Scott McGregor.
In October of 2006 in October 2006, the Texas Rangers signed Ron Washington as their new manager for the 2007 season. Washington retained Chiti as their bullpen coach as well as hit instructor Rudy Jaramillo and pitching coach Mark Connor. A former Oakland Manager Art Howe joined the staff as bench coach, however it was decided not to renew his contract until the conclusion of the 2008 season, which was a disappointing one.

A former All-America team participant, Chiti was a second round pick by the Atlanta Braves in the 1976 draft. His professional career began playing for the Kingston Braves in 1976 and was a part of the Atlanta organization for five seasons. The Braves considered him to be the Braves most promising potential player after pitching with Savannah in 1977. He was named to be on the Western Carolinas All-Star team in 1978 while at Greenwood but he was struck by severe arm injuries at the end of the season. Chiti was also a part of his home team, the Baltimore Orioles organization in 1981 before resigning.
Chiti began the coaching profession in 1982 in Chiti’s first coaching job in 1982 with the Texas Rangers organization. Chiti also served as a coach and Scout in Baltimore and Cleveland. He also scouted in the Baltimore as well as Cleveland systems. He also played a coach for the Venezuelan Winter League in 1995 for the Caribes team. Chiti was back with his home team the Rangers at the end of 2002. After working as a specialist assistant for the manager from 2002 and 2003, the following two years he worked as Director of Player Personnel. The 2006 season was his debut being the Rangers bullpen coach.
